2012 Sugaring Season will soon be here:   The Strawbale Cafe is open for business YEAR ROUND every Fri & Sat, & Sun 8am to 1pm.  These hours will also be our regular hours during our sugar season, which run's Feb 24th to April 8th.  New to our sugaring menu this year, we will be offering Gluten Free Pancakes & Bread for French Toast.

Antique wooden sap buckets.  They can be used in many craft projects.  We have hundreds and the price for each is $20.00.  If you are interested in a larger quantity, then we could probably come to some reasonable agreement on a purchase price.

Metal sap buckets.  They can be purchased seperately, for $10.00 each, or as a unit with a spigot, hanger, and cover for $15.00, to be used as a gathering pail for sap to make your own backyard maple syrup. 

Cordwood dried, cut, split is available for $200.00 a cord.  Delivery is available for an additional cost.  Call soon for your order for next year.

Maple Syrup: Grade A Gallons $55.00, Half Gallons $32.00, Quarts $20.00, Pints $15.00, and Half Pints $12.00. Grade B is also available for the same prices.  If you need to have it shipped somewhere in the US, just give us a call.

Christmas Trees $35.00 your choice  You can come by anytime the cafe is open, Fri, Sat, & Sun 8am to 1pm.  Tag/cut yourself your favorite Christmas Tree, from our selection.  You could also call ahead for a convenient time, when the cafe is not open.  You can then come by the farm tag/cut your favorite tree by us. Enjoy the experience with a hot homemade Breakfast in our Cafe, after which you can enjoy a walk to have your favorite tree cut.
